All orders are processed after confirmation of order details, availability, and receipt of applicable advance or full payment, as agreed between the customer and CH Enterprises.
Order processing time may vary depending on:

- Quantity ordered
- Availability of stock
- Nature of customization
- Delivery location
- Transport arrangements
Orders are generally processed during normal business working days and hours, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and other non-working days.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines may be shared with the customer at the time of order confirmation. However, all delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change based on operational, logistical, transport, weather, regulatory, or other unforeseen conditions.
CH Enterprises does not guarantee exact delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Shipping Coverage
CH Enterprises may provide shipping and delivery support across various cities, states, and business locations, subject to transport availability and service feasibility.
Delivery to remote, restricted, or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time, charges, or special arrangements.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping, transportation, loading, unloading, packaging, insurance, installation support, and other related charges may be:
- Included in the quotation, or
- Charged separately, depending on the nature of the order and delivery terms
The customer will be informed of applicable shipping or transport charges before final confirmation of the order wherever possible.
5. Third-Party Transporters
CH Enterprises may use third-party transporters, courier partners, freight carriers, or logistics service providers for shipment and delivery of products.
Once the product is handed over to the transporter, delivery timing and movement may depend on the respective logistics provider. While we try to coordinate smooth dispatch, CH Enterprises shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused solely by third-party transport providers, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Delivery Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing:
- Correct delivery address
- Proper contact details
- Site accessibility details
- Necessary manpower, entry permissions, unloading arrangements, or equipment at the delivery location, if required
Any delay, extra cost, failed delivery, re-delivery, or damage caused due to incorrect information or lack of arrangements at the customer’s end shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Inspection at the Time of Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If the package or product appears damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer should:
- Inform the delivery person or transporter immediately, where possible
- Take clear photos/videos as proof
- Notify CH Enterprises within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report delivery-related issues within the specified period may affect the ability to process claims or provide resolution.
8. Risk and Title
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk in the product may pass to the customer upon dispatch, handover to the transporter, or delivery, depending on the agreed commercial terms of the order.
Ownership/title of the product may remain with CH Enterprises until full payment is received, where applicable.
9. Delays Beyond Control
CH Enterprises shall not be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disruptions
- Transport failures
- Road blockages
- Government restrictions
- Political disturbances
- Pandemic-related interruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Force majeure events
In such situations, delivery schedules may be extended without liability.
10. Partial Shipment
In some cases, orders may be dispatched in full or in parts depending on stock availability, product readiness, or transport arrangements. CH Enterprises reserves the right to make partial shipments where necessary, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Installation and Service Visits
Delivery of machinery does not automatically include installation, commissioning, operator training, site visits, or after-sales service unless specifically mentioned in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Any such services may be charged separately.
12. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of receiver, refusal to accept delivery, lack of site access, or any customer-side issue, additional transportation, storage, handling, or re-delivery charges may apply and shall be borne by the customer.
13. Policy Changes
CH Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
