CH Enterprises Deals In Oil, Spice, Flour, Soya, Rice, And Papad Mill Machines And Related Product Supply Solutions. Due To The Nature Of Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Customized Orders, And Business-To-Business Transactions, Refunds Are Subject To Specific Conditions.

Refunds Will Be Considered Only In Genuine And Valid Cases, Subject To Verification And Approval By CH Enterprises.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders May Be Cancelled Only Under The Following Conditions:

  • Cancellation Request Is Made Before The Order Is Processed, Dispatched, Manufactured, Or Customized

4. Damaged Or Wrong Product

If You Receive A Product That Is Materially Damaged During Transit Or A Wrong Product Is Delivered, You Must Notify CH Enterprises Within 48 Hours Of Delivery With Proper Proof Such As Photographs, Videos, Invoice Copy, And Delivery Details.

After Verification, CH Enterprises May, At Its Sole Discretion:

  • Replace The Product, Or
  • Provide A Partial Or Full Refund, Or
  • Offer Another Suitable Resolution

Failure To Report The Issue Within The Specified Time May Result In Rejection Of The Claim.

5. Refund Approval

All Refund Requests Are Subject To:

  • Verification Of The Order And Payment
  • Inspection Of The Product, Where Applicable

6. Refund Process

If A Refund Is Approved:

  • Refund Processing Time May Vary Depending On Banking Channels, Payment Gateway, And Internal Approval Procedures
  • Any Applicable Deductions Such As Transaction Charges, Logistics Costs, Inspection Costs, Or Other Agreed Charges May Be Deducted From The Refund Amount

7. Advance Payments

Advance Payments Made For Booking, Order Confirmation, Production Scheduling, Raw Material Procurement, Or Customized Manufacturing May Be Non-Refundable, Either Fully Or Partially, Depending On The Stage Of Order Execution And Expenses Already Incurred By CH Enterprises.

8. Return Of Products

No Product Shall Be Returned Without Prior Written Approval From CH Enterprises. If Return Is Approved:
